Your name is collected and stored at the time of your registration with us. This helps us to identify and address you personally and with respect throughout the course of delivering the services.
Your email id is collected and stored at the time of your registration with us. This helps us to identify and store and deal with your data uniquely.
The password opted for by you is collected and stored at the time of your registration with us. This helps you to access your account securely and helps us to verify the same.
Your postal address is collected and stored at the time of your registration with us. This helps us to communicate with you or to send any kind of articles or items as and when decided by National Printing House. However, nothing will be sent to you without your knowledge or consent.
Your phone numbers are collected and stored at the time of your registration with us. This will help us to contact you in an emergency case, when contacting through phone becomes a necessity or if an order appears to be suspicious (someone may be making use of your account fraudulently). You will not be made to listen to any marketing, selling, offers or advertisements.
Your files are collected and stored when you upload them in your account at your discretion. Unless and until your e-mail id (your username) and password are in hand, nobody can view or access your files.
2. Who can view details about me?
Neither registered users nor guests can view your files unless and until they have your username and password. However, we may decide to display information about your achievement (only your name and achievement details) as a part of advertisements or promotions which can be viewed by any visitor to National Printing House portal.

We recommend you to keep your password confidential and secure at all times. As per National Printing House User Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under or in your account.
We strongly recommend you to regularly change your password. There will be no communication by National Printing House over the phone confirming/asking for your password. Please do not give any information, if you are ever contacted by someone claiming to be an employee of National Printing House, asking for your personal billing information or password. Report the incident to us with as much detail as possible, and we will investigate.
Credit Card Information
We, at National Printing House, do not store any credit card information of the subscriber. When a subscriber does any transaction, he/she is redirected to the Third-party website where she/he is required to fill in his/her credit card details. After the transaction is completed with the third-party website, she/he will get a confirmation page showing the status of the transaction. National Printing House does not have any control of the information on those websites and does not take any responsibility for the misuse of the credit card information provided by the subscriber to the third party.
Third Party Websites or Search Engines
Some websites and search engines, which are not affiliated with National Printing House, may cache, archive, or otherwise store National Printing House pages, including your testimonial messages. National Printing House does not have any control of the information or pages on those websites.
4. With whom is your information shared?
We may share your personal information with selected third-party delivery agents, as and when it becomes necessary for National Printing House to do so. These will include your name, shipping address, email address. Any such third-parties are only allowed to use this information about you to fulfill your order requirement including the timely delivery of your shipments. Our servers are heavily guarded, located behind multiple hardware and software firewalls. Backups of your data are conducted daily. Our servers are running a version of the Windows Advance Server 2003 operating system that is industry-renowned for its stability and security. Access to your personal information is password protected and limited to staff members who are authorized to use your personal information for business and administrative purposes. Personal Information and Data
As per our User Agreement, you are solely responsible for, and National Printing House is not liable for, the personal information and other materials that you post, upload, submit, and otherwise make available on the website, including areas of the website that are available to the public.
National Printing House will not rent, share, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party, except for law enforcement purposes, as stated in the National Printing House User Agreement.

No one from National Printing House will ever call you and ask for your password. If you are ever contacted by someone claiming to be an employee of National Printing House, and the person asks you for your personal billing information or password, do not give them any information; instead, report the incident to us with as much detail as possible, and we will investigate.
